These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Harmonia Digital website and the services we offer through it, including our free website mockup and our website leasing subscriptions. By using this website or requesting a mockup, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
We design, build, host and maintain custom websites, e-shops and related digital services (such as AI assistants and automations) on a monthly subscription basis (“website leasing”). We also offer a free, no-obligation website mockup so you can see a sample of your website before committing.
3. The Free Mockup
- The mockup is provided free of charge and creates no obligation for you to purchase anything.
- We aim to deliver your mockup preview link within approximately 24 hours of your request; this is a target, not a guarantee.
- The preview link is temporary and typically remains active for about 24 hours.
- The mockup is a draft concept. It may use placeholder content and sample imagery, and is intended to illustrate a possible design direction.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you upload (logos, images, text, documents) are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
If you decide to proceed, your website is delivered under a monthly subscription. The subscription covers design, development, hosting, SSL, and ongoing updates and support, with no upfront cost, according to the plan you choose. Prices shown on the website are indicative; the exact scope and price are confirmed before you commit. Subscriptions continue on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with the agreement provided to you.
5. Ownership
Your domain name and the content you provide (text, images, logos) remain yours. While a website is provided under an active leasing subscription, the website design, code and hosting are provided as part of that service. Ownership and transfer terms for any specific project are set out in the individual agreement you receive.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and materials you are legally entitled to use;
- Not use the website or our services for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes;
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The Harmonia Digital name, logo, website design and content are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for content you have provided to us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our website and the free mockup are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the mockup. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
