At Harmonia Digital, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and safeguard it, and the rights you have. It applies to this website and the services we offer through it.
1. Who We Are
Harmonia Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What Personal Data We Collect
a) When you request a free mockup (through our website assistant), we may collect: your business name, an existing website address (if you provide one), your business field, a description of your business and goals, any files you choose to upload (such as a logo, photos or documents), your full name, phone number, email address, and your preferred delivery channel (WhatsApp or email).
b) When you submit our contact or leasing form, we may collect: your full name, email address, phone number, the type of website you are interested in, and any message you send us.
c) Automatically, when you use the website: your IP address, browser and device information, and usage data — but analytics data is only collected after you give consent through our cookie banner (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why We Collect Your Data
- To prepare and deliver your free website mockup;
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about our services;
- To provide, host and maintain website leasing and related services you request;
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (analytics — only with your consent);
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): your consent (for example, when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (for example, preparing your mockup or providing a leased website); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our website and business.
5. Your Free Mockup
When you request a mockup, we use the information and files you provide to design a sample website for your business. We send you a private preview link, which remains active for approximately 24 hours. The mockup is a non-binding draft. You are under no obligation to proceed, and you only enter into a paid subscription if you choose to move forward.
6. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics cookies and data collection are disabled by default and are only activated after you accept them through our cookie consent banner. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
7. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed:
- Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery;
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd) — website analytics, subject to your consent;
- Usercentrics / Cookiebot — cookie consent management;
- WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose WhatsApp as your contact channel.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
8. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — to respond to you, deliver your mockup, and provide any services you request — and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business and legal record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption across the whole website, restricted access, and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@harmonia-digital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
